My Findings About Myself
1) Realization No.1 : I am never thin, always plump, chubby and fat. Never thin.
Goal: I want to be strong and with beautiful curves. None of the above.
2) Realization No.2 : Due to my rush to lose weight, my milk for Aqeela is fast drying out.
Goal: Keep healthy weight during pregnancy and after that to keep up my milk supply.
3) Realization No. 3 : I have a protruding stomach like pregnant women. People have also mistaken me as pregnant.
Goal: This is due to my high content of visceral fat that is around my belly. My proper goal should be to eliminate as much visceral fat as I can. At this second pit stop the aim is to lose 5% of viscreal fat.
4) Realization No. 4: I love exercise and I heart swimming.

New Resolution for Pit Stop 2
28 May 12- 2 Jul 12
1) To run 10 km without stopping.
2) To swim 20 long laps - 50 metres X 20 = 1 km per each session.
3) To perform 4X NTC (my resistance training) per week.
4) To learn how to lift HEAVY..really HEAVY...
5) Eat right...FRUITS, VEGETABLES, WHOLE GRAINS.
